Waterjet CNC Machine for Precision Stone Cutting

The "water cutting" process has the following four major advantages:

(1) It can cut almost everything. From gels to high - hardness or high - elasticity materials and special - structure materials, it can handle them all with one machine, so it is known as the "universal cutting machine".

(2) During cutting, there is no mechanical cutting force damage or thermal effect, and the workpiece does not need repair or stress - relieving treatment.

(3) The cutting seam is narrow (as small as 0.3mm) and the cutting surface is smooth, generally requiring no further processing.

(4) It can be easily combined with a microcomputer - controlled worktable or manipulator to form a numerical control processing system, meeting the requirements of special or complex planar processing.
